Tell us what happened, your device model, your iOS version, and the app version. If a screenshot would help, you can include one. Please avoid sharing sensitive information.

Restore Star Grid Pro

Use Restore purchases in the app while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles billing and refunds through its own purchase support.

Manage ads and privacy

Open Settings → Manage ad consent in Star Grid to revisit available choices. You can change tracking permission and notification permission in iOS Settings. Read the privacy policy for more detail.

Local progress

Game saves and the Sky Map are stored on your device. Deleting the app can remove this progress. The app does not operate an account-based cloud save service.
